Think Unlimited
"Think Unlimited" is more than just a phrase, it's an invitation to step beyond the boundaries you’ve set for yourself. In therapy, this concept encourages a fresh perspective on life, where you are not defined by past experiences, fears, or doubts. It’s about recognising that the limitations we often place on ourselves - whether in relationships, career, or personal growth - are often self-imposed.
Therapeutically, "Think Unlimited" is a call to explore new possibilities. It’s about challenging old patterns, embracing new ways of thinking, and opening yourself to the endless opportunities that come with change. It invites you to:
When we think without limits, we open the door to new opportunities for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Think Unlimited is your invitation to embrace the journey of transformation, where you can rewrite the narrative of your life and step into a future filled with endless potential.
About Me
Hey, I'm Christina. As a therapist, I'm passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges. But beyond my role as a therapist, I'm also a human with experiences, hobbies, and a journey of my own. I believe therapy is about connection, and me being real and present - both as a therapist and as a person. I am a registered therapeutic counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With over five years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, providing support in both private practice and a variety of settings, including the NHS, residential care, community environments, and addiction services. Here's a little peek behind the therapist's chair, because vulnerability goes both ways.

How do you stay motivated?
"I take challenges one step at a time and believe in myself through the process, remembering that every small step counts, and that coffee exists!"
What do you enjoy most about working with clients?
"The connection. I’m always learning from my clients and amazed by their strength and resilience."
What scares you?
"A world where kindness fades. It’s the little acts of care that make life meaningful, and that’s what I hold onto."
I take an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy, meaning I combine knowledge from psychodynamic and humanistic theories, drawing on both traditional and experiential techniques. This approach allows me to offer flexibility and tailor our work to suit your individual needs. My aim is to create a safe, open space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, while working towards meaningful change and personal growth.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients. In addition to my private practice, I have supported individuals with complex mental health needs at Mind, working with adults aged 18+ who face a wide array of mental health challenges. I have also provided therapy in residential settings for adolescents aged 13 to 18 and worked with young adults aged 18 to 25 in community therapy roles. Furthermore, my experience extends to addiction services, where I have helped individuals struggling with substance use, as well as in aftercare teams supporting those in recovery. I also work with couples, helping them navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their connection.
These varied experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of mental health, addiction, and life transitions, and have equipped me to support you through any challenges you may face.
Tailored Therapy
I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are. I approach each session with the understanding that your issues fit into the broader context of your life. By working holistically, I aim to explore the underlying causes of your difficulties and help you gain insight into your behaviours and patterns. I work creatively and collaboratively with my clients, as I believe that therapy should not only be a space for healing but also one for exploration and growth.
Whether you're dealing with mental health challenges, addiction, or other life stresses, I am here to support you on your journey toward recovery and personal growth. Thank you for considering me as your counsellor - I look forward to working with you.

During this introductory conversation, I aim to understand your goals for therapy, explore the reasons you're seeking support, and learn more about your background. It’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions and express concerns. This helps both of us decide if we are a good fit to work together and ensures that you feel comfortable moving forward.
I understand that financial situations can vary, and I am happy to offer a sliding scale fee on an individual basis. Please feel free to discuss this with me during our initial conversation.
I strive to be as flexible as possible and can often accommodate sessions on days and times that suit you. However, please note that I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will still require payment for the session.
